In house program that lasts 12 months that provides shelter and all the essential resources needed including classes structured to transition each woman into independence.

Vital Resources

We assist both individuals and families with the resources needed to address basic needs such as food and housing as well as public benefits and employment assistance.

Mentorship

We have a variety of programs offered to the women that are targeted to building and maintaining mental health and self esteem to lead them into a successful life independently. The programs we offer include course topics on financial literacy, homeownership, nutrition/cooking, and healthy parenting.

Opportunity

The program is structured to provide a helping aid to women through opportunity to get ahead by saving as well as addressing and catering to their inner growth through the process.

Homeownership Workshop


The homeownership workshop is designed as a homeowner vision board party. This engaging webinar is hosted by Gia Young, MBA, Mortgage Loan Originator affiliated with C2 Financial Corp. Gia is a licensed Residential and Commercial Mortgage Broker in Texas, driven by a passion for giving back to the community through knowledge-sharing on the path to homeownership.

The Gorgeous Grind Grant


Annually, four selected women will receive a $500 grant to fund their start up costs to pursue a career in real estate.

Created to provide an opportunity for women who are interested in starting a career in real estate.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed WCI Homeowner Program/or has been exclusively referred by WCI staff

  • Written proposal of why you want to pursue a career in real estate

  • Copy of Resume

  • No criminal background in theft or fraud
