Leadership Development

Supporting future leaders means to recognize critical thinkers, acknowledging girls with new ideas, valuing a diversity of leadership styles and skills, and supporting those who are on the cusp of speaking out.

Character Development

Character development is about building good habits, and habits take time to form. We are all works in progress! We may not know all of the challenges and opportunities our girls will face, but we know that these virtues will help them thrive in any situation.

Identity Development

Self-identity refers to the descriptive characteristics, qualities, and abilities that people use to define themselves.

Education

Investing in girls’ and women education transforming communities, countries and the entire world. Girls who receive an education are less likely to marry young and more likely to lead healthy, productive lives. They earn higher incomes, participate in the decisions that most affect them, and build better futures for themselves and their families
