I am worthy of rest, joy, healthy boundaries, and new beginnings.
I will speak kindly to myself, honor my needs, and protect my peace.
I do not have to have everything figured out today.
I trust that each small step I take is leading me toward greater stability, purpose, and wholeness.

Self-Love Sanctuary is a special gathering created just for women 65 and over to relax, connect, laugh, reflect, and celebrate the amazing women they are today.

Our “Look at Me Now!” theme is about recognizing that every season of life has beauty and purpose. Together, we’ll celebrate our strengths, accomplishments, personalities, life experiences, and all the special qualities that make us who we are.

Each gathering will include friendly conversations, fun activities, self-love exercises, encouragement, laughter, and opportunities to build friendships with other ladies.
